Isaac Konigsberg born February 22, 1925, passed away December 31, 2015, joining his wife Anne (July 5, 1931 – March 14, 2014). Dr. Konigsberg devoted his work life to helping those in need. He served as a dentist in a tuberculosis hospital, developed dental programs for medically challenged children and adults and those with HIV/AIDs. He retired from the UT School of Dentistry,serving as Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs. He devoted his personal life to his wife Anne and surviving children Carl Konigsberg and Geri Konigsberg. He is also survived by son-in-law Mike Massengale, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other special family. Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, January 6, 2015 at 11:00 am. Woodlawn Cemetery, 1101 Antoine, Houston, with a reception immediately following in the Woodlawn Chapel. Honoring his and Anne’s love and devotion to children with disabilities, in lieu of flowers, donations made to be made to Special Olympics, The Shriners Hospital of Houston, or a charity of your choice.
