Bobbie Lea Tow April 19, 1928 - March 28, 2019

Bobbie Tow, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, passed away peacefully on March 28, 2019 in Dallas.

Bobbie was born in Camden, Arkansas on April 19, 1928 to Doyle and Ouida Porter.  After high school, Bobbie moved to Houston where she met and married Gene Tow, her husband of 37 years.  Bobbie became a successful Realtor in Houston.  After a 40-year career she retired from real estate and moved to Dallas to be closer to her family.  She was preceded in her death by her husband Gene and her son Terry Tow.

“The Bubbie” was an avid reader, an accomplished knitter and above all, sports enthusiast – she loved all her Texas teams – especially the Houston Rockets – and knew stats on all the pro golfers.  First and foremost, she loved spending time with her family.  She will be dearly missed by her son Tommy Tow, her daughter Tina Davidoff (Mark), her grandchildren Andrea and Brian Langus, Jordan and Goldie Davidoff, Natalie Simon, and great granddaughters Corynn Simon and Millie Langus.  Funeral services were held in Houston on March 31, 2019.

Graveside Service to be held on Sunday, March 31, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. at Beth Yeshurun at Post Oak Cemetery, with Rabbi Strauss officiating.  Located at 1037 Post Oak Rd.,  Houston, TX 77055
